The petitioner seeks quashing of the suspension order dated 30.8.2018 and the charge sheet dated 31.8.2018 with the assertion that the charges levelled against the petitioner are false.
The grounds to challenge the charge sheet seeking quashing of the departmental proceeding on the merits of the charges cannot be examined by this Court in exercise of its extraordinary power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the respondents on the other hand, on the basis of instructions informs that the petitioner did not even submit a reply to the charge sheet.
For the aforesaid, the present petition is found wholly misconceived, and hence, dismissed.
