The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Application 6-C in Suit No.184 of 2015 within a stipulated period.
The order sheet which has been appended does not disclose that any date has been fixed for consideration of such application.
Under the circumstances, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to move an application before the court concerned to take up such application for consideration if the same is pending.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
