Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner claims that he has been working since the year 1995 and despite having work for several years he is not been considered for regularization. The counsel for the respondent has drawn attention to the order dated 13.11.2018 whereby it has been observed that the petitioner is eligible for being considered, however in the absence of adequate sanction posts or vacant post his claim cannot be considered at present.
It is made clear that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered as and when vacant post are available or sanction by the competent authority. The claim of the petitioner shall be considered positively and in accordance with law.
With above directions the writ petition is disposed off.
