The grievance of the petitioners is that the amount of compensation determined by the Arbitrator under the provisions of the Railways Act, 1989 has not been paid to the petitioners.
If that be so, it is for the petitioners to make an application before the Competent Authority and this is what has also been submitted by Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the Railway.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to avail this remedy, we dispose of this writ petition.
