This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no. 2 Up Ziladhikari , Agra to decide the case no. 09145 of 2018 computrised case no. D201801010009145, Smt. Shashi Gupta Vs. Sunil Kumar Mishra and others expeditiously within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.
2 to decide the Case No. D201801010009145, Smt. Shashi Gupta Vs. Sunil Kumar Mishra in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order after hearing the concerned parties.
