This Court on 22.09.2011 had asked the learned counsel for the University to file supplementary affidavit within two weeks, explaining as to why the result of petitioner's B.A.IInd year examination is detained. Petitioner submits that till date the said order of the Court has not been complied with and further submission is being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Sri P.K. Tripathi, Advocate, who represents the University concerned before this Court, is not cooperating and has even refused to accept the notice.
In view of the above, two weeks and no more time is allowed to Sri P.K. Tripathi, Advocate for ensuring compliance of the order dated 22.09.2011.
List this matter after Diwali vacations on 04.11.2011. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on Sri P.K. Tripathi, Advocate.
