Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.P.S.Rathore, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she has filed her reply on 15.10.2018 before the third respondent in response to the order impugned dated 6.10.2018 whereby licence of the petitioner has been placed under suspension but the proceeding has not yet been finalised by the third respondent.
Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case the proceeding is still pending and has not been decided, the same will be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the third respondent to finalise the proceeding in terms of the reply filed by the petitioner dated 15.10.2018 and in the light of the relevant Government Orders as well as Full Bench judgment of this Court in Puran Singh vs. State of U.P. and others 2010 (3) ADJ 659 (FB), as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
