This is the bail application for cancelling the bail under Section 439 (2) of Cr.P.C. The bail i.e. Bail Application No. 1342 of 2018, which sought to be cancelled was granted by Sessions Court, Ghazipur, vide order dated 2.1.2019. The proper remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the concerned Sessions Court for cancellation of bail.
In view of the above, the application lacks merit, and is, accordingly dismissed.
