(C. M. Application No. 95703 of 2014) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.
This is an application for correction in the order dated 29.08.2014.
The order dated 29.08.2014 is hereby corrected by mentioning 'Rupendra Pratap Singh @ Sonu Singh' in place of 'Anil Kumar Agarwal' in 13th line of the second page of the order.
This order shall be made part of the order dated 29.08.2014.
Accordingly, the application for correction is allowed.
