JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notice to the respondent, returnable on 12th April, 2012.
In the meantime the order of attachment is stayed on condition that before the Authority the petitioner will deposit the amount indicated in recovery certificate. On depositing the same, the authority shall invested the entire amount in an F.D.R. with a nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and on maturity shall be renewed from time to time without any further orders in this regard till the disposal of the petition. The interest accruing on the said F.D. shall not be paid to any party . Direct service is permitted.
