The prayer in this petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner for security.
Learned Standing Counsel, who represents the respondents 1 to 3, submits that the District Magistrate, Fatehpur, who is a member of District Level Committee, can take an appropriate decision in the matter after calling for report from the police station concerned.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before the second respondent (District Magistrate, Fatehpur) in respect of his grievance. If any such representation is filed, within a period of three weeks form today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, after calling for report from the police station concerned, preferably, within next six weeks.
