Order on Correction Application Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
It transpires from the record of the petition that the prayer clause has wrongly been transcribed in my order dated 25.10.2021 though is taken from the petition itself but the district shown as 'Ghaziabad' is wrongly transcribed.
In view of the above, correction application is allowed.
The order passed by me on 25.10.2021 shall be read in relation to "O.S. No.328 of 2016, Shashank Narayan Singh vs. Brijesh Narayan Singh and others, pending in the court of Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Ghazipur" and the same shall be read as such.
