Petitioner wants this Court to execute an order of status quo passed by the civil court.
We are afraid, such a petition cannot be entertained inasmuch as the remedy of the petitioner would be either to institute proceedings under Order 39 Rule 2A CPC, if the injunction is violated, or to institute appropriate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act. A writ petition would not lie for executing orders of the civil court. Writ petition is dismissed.
