RESPONDENT THIS CRIMINAL PETITION IS FILED UNDER SECTION 439 OF CR.P.C PRAYING TO ENLARGE THE PETITIONER ON BAIL IN CR.NO.27/2019 OF DODDAPETE P.S., SHIVAMOGGA FOR THE OFFENCE P/U/S 364A, 397 OF IPC.
THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, he submitted that the said case may be taken out of turn as the accused/petitioner is intending to appear for the exams and as such, a case was taken out of turn.
2. During the course of argument the learned counsel for the accused/petitioner submitted that already the final report has been filed and now he wants to file a fresh bail application before the court below and a permission may be given in this behalf.
3. The said submission has been placed on record and the petition is dismissed with liberty to file the bail application before the court below after filing of the charge sheet.
The court below is directed to expedite the case because of the above said urgency.
