Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for the respondent no.1 and 2 as well as Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3.
At present, the grievance of the petitioner appears to be that though she had correctly answered certain questions in the competitive entrance examination, she has not been given benefit of marks for some of the correct answers marked by her. In this regard, her applications to be supplied scanned copies of her answer sheet, is pending.
It is stated that since the scanned answer sheet has not been made available, the petitioner is not able to compare her answer so as to check the correctness of marks awarded to individual petitioner in her result.
It is seen as per the provision the petitioner has deposited Rs.2,000/- each to get the scanned copy of their answer sheet and has made application in that regard.
Without entering the merits, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4-the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allahabad, U.P., to provide the scanned copies of the answer-sheet to the petitioner as per provisions, within a period of ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is also open to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum, in case her grievance survives after the scanned copies of his answer sheet are made available to her.
