As per the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, the appellant no.1-Sharama Nand died on 09.04.2014 and appellant no.2-Krishna Veer died on 14.05.2010.
Learned AGA for the State submits that the appellants have died and he has no objection, if the appeal is dismissed as abated.
In view of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
