Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently, the complete copy of the ordersheet of Case No.T201905440300352 (Sharma and others v. Binda and others ), under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, relating to Village Bhatwaliya, Tappa Dhuriya Vijaypur, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, district Kushinagar, could not be filed and as such this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Learned standing counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
