Sri Kartikeya Saran, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage as U.P. Pollution Control Board is reconsidering the matter and when need arises petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, with liberty as prayed.
