Sri Pranjal Mehrotra has passed on to the Court an order dated 28.05.2019 passed by the Executive Engineering, Aligarh Development Authority, Aligarh and submitted that the constructions carried out by the respondent no.4 over the plot in question have been sealed.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as having being infructuous.
The order dated 28.05.2019 is kept on record.
