Petitioner has submitted Ext. P7, invoking power of the District Collector under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. According to the petitioner, she is in possession of an extent of 1.20 Acres of paddy land in Sy. No. 303/1 of Cherpu Village. Petitioner's complaint is regarding threat to paddy cultivation on account of demolition of a bund, which was used for taking seed, manure and tractor to the paddy land and for transporting harvested crop. According to the petitioner, the respondents are going to fill up the paddy land in violation of the provisions of the Act, which has to be stopped. The concern of the petitioner is for disposal of Ext. P7, which was filed as early as in 20.3.2014. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission and after hearing the learned Government Pleader, I am of the view that without giving notice to the parry respondents, this writ petition can be disposed of as follows:
Accordingly, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in Ext. P7 after W.P(C) No. 15264 of 2014 -: 2 :-
hearing all affected parties within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
