Vide order dated 16.07.2019, bailable warranted was issued against the appellant namely Sharda through the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned. In compliance thereof, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj has sent his report dated 14.08.2019 mentioning therein that the appellant has died about eight years ago.
Since the sole appellant namely Sharda has died, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
