Pursuant to the order dated 10.11.2011 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No.509 of 2011, the respondent - husband has given demand draft dated 14.11.2011, in the name of applicant - wife, viz. "Shardaben Narayanji Dhobi" for Rs.40,000/-. However, the applicant - wife has filed present application with prayer to direct the opponent to issue fresh Demand Draft or Cheque for Rs.40,000/- in the name of "SHARDABEN UDAJI DHOBI".
From the record, it appears that the applicant has filed the application before the trial Court by mentioning her name as "Shardaben Narayanji Dhobi" and even in the Judgment also the said name is mentioned, and the applicant has never made any attempt to correct her name. It also appears that the validity of the Demand Draft is also over.
In view of above, present application, filed by the applicant, deserves to be rejected and hence it is rejected.
