The solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that restoration application filed by the petitioner on 27.06.2019 in Case No. T20190544030806 (Tufani Vs. State of U.P. and others), filed under Section 31/32 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending before the respondent no. 2 for a very long.
The petitioner is stated to be the respondent in the aforesaid case and against him an ex-parte order has been passed.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the present petition pending or calling for a counter affidavit.
Without entering into merits of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 2, the said authority shall proceed to decide the aforesaid case pending before him for a very long as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and shall cooperate in the proceeding.
