Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Ram Babu Yadav has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to second respondent to decide the compliant of the petitioner dated 11.11.2019 within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the second respondent to decide the aforesaid complaint of the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law and in consonance with the U. P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997 expeditiously and preferably within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to all the stake holders in the matter.
