Grievance is with regard to denial of retiral benefits.
Sri Pawan Kumar Mishra, holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the entire retiral benefits would be paid to petitioner, within a period of two months.
In view of the statement so made, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent-authority to ensure compliance of its own undertaking and to release the entire retiral benefits, due and payable to petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would also be entitled to interest at the rate of 8% per annum.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
