None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan has put in appearance for respondents.
The petitioner being aggrieved by issuance of notice, has preferred the instant writ petition before this Court and this Court vide order dated 24.10.2008, petitioner was granted ten days time to file supplementary affidavit so as to bring the order of allotment / lease said to have been given by the LDA on record but till date no affidavit has been filed.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of proseuction.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
