Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the medical reimbursement of the petitioner's husband is pending since last ten years. After death of her husband, the petitioner approached this Court by means of Writ Petition No.150 (S/S) of 2011, Smt. Sharda Devi Vs. State of U.P. and others, in which directions were issued on 13.01.2011 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2011 by speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law.
The further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in pursuance to the order of this Court, the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Unnao disposed of the representation of the petitioner by means of order dated 04.05.2011 mentioning therein that the petitioner has not submitted complete medical bills and is required to complete the formalities and when those formalities will be completed, the claim of reimbursement of the petitioner's husband will be processed.
Further submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband in his life time after completing all the formalities of medical reimbursement submitted the same on 29.01.2003 before the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Unnao and now there is nothing remained with the petitioner, which can be reproduced before the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Unnao.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction from the Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Unnao and also produce the original documents submitted by the petitioner's husband on 29.01.2003 and the records relating to action taken on the same.
