Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 18.07.2018 is corrected as follows:
"In the 2nd and 3rd lines of the last paragraph of the order dated 18.07.2018, after the words, Case Crime No., the numbers and words "710 of 2017, under sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Bakewar, District Etawah" shall be added and numbers and words 498-A, 304-B and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Pakewar, District Etawah shall be deleted.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 18.07.2018.
A certified copy of this order shall be issued along with copy of order dated 18.07.2018.
