(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for quashing of the order dated 11.10.2017, by which the fair price shop licence of the petitioner has been suspended and the order dated 15.02.2018 passed by the Licensing Authority cancelling the fair price shop in question.
The petitioner has an adequate statutory remedy of filing an Appeal against the orders impugned under paragraph 13 (1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory remedy alone.
It shall be open for the petitioner to take all legal or factual grounds available to her before the Appellate Authority in appeal.
