THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Heard Shri N.Byregowda, learned advocate for the petitioner and Shri Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA for the State.
2. Petitioner claims to have submitted applications dated 28.11.1988 and 10.11.1998 in respect of 4 Acres of land in Sy.No.54 situated in Indluvadipura Village, Kasaba Hobli, Anekal Taluk, for regularization of his unauthorized occupation.
3. Shri Y.D.Harsha, learned AGA submits that the name of petitioner is reflected in Annexures-A & B but they are photocopies of Form-53 and not certified copies.
4. In that view of the matter, respondents shall consider petitioner’s application, if it is found in order in all respects as expeditiously as possible within an outer limit of six months from the date of constitution of Committee.
Petition disposed of accordingly. No costs.
