The contention of petitioner is that he retired on 31.07.2003 from the respondent-Corporation. Till date his gratuity as well as arrears of pension has not been released. A representation was moved by the petitioner which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, it is directed that respondent No.4 shall look into the grievance of petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
