Perused the application and considered the submissions made by the learned advocates for the parties. But as the matters under the present roster i.e. Criminal Appeals including the Appeals pertaining to Anti-Corruption Act are very old, the main petition i.e. Special Civil Application No.9854 of 2004 is required to be listed before this Court for final hearing in the month of September, 2012.
Therefore, office is directed to list Special Civil Application No.9854 of 2004 in the third week of September, 2012. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
