Heard Sri Anshuman Vidhu Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This writ petition has filed for a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restrain the respondents from harassing the petitioners by directing them to appear before the concerned court impersonating as Akash and Bittu with a further prayer in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to restrain them from taking any coercive measures against the petitioners in absence of any material evidence.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR. No charge sheet has been submitted against them. During the course of investigation of the case, Aakash and Bittu are found to be involved. The petitioners are being harassed by the police for some ulterior motive. They are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations levelled against the petitioners are absolutely false, frivolous and baseless.
In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The S.S.P. Bulandshahar shall look into the matter for needful.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
