Heard learned counsel for parties.
Sri Chandan Kumar, learned Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions which are marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification. From those instructions, it is pointed out that final orders under Section 68(ii) have been passed on 01 September 2021. A copy of that order has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, this petition shall stand disposed of at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to initiate proceedings if aggrieved by the decision taken under Section 68(ii). All contentions of respective parties on merits are kept open.
The second relief which is claimed shall also be open to be addressed in the fresh proceedings which may now be initiated.
