It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that similar dispute has already been decided by this Court in Writ A No. 6420 of 2019 (Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi Vs. State Of U.P. and 3 Others) vide order dated 22.10.2019 and further requested that this petition may also be decided on the same terms and conditions for which learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
Accordingly, this petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 22.10.2019 passed in Writ A No. 6420 of 2019 (Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi Vs. State Of U.P. and 3 Others).
