This is a writ petition against private Committee of Management.
In view of the latest judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Trigun Chand Thakur Vs. State of Bihar & others, reported in (2019) 7 SCC 513 (Civil Appeal No. 10003 of 2010) the writ petition against private Committee of Management is not maintainable.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
