Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance that certain private respondents are interfering in Bhoomidhari land of the petitioner and, therefore, a direction be issued to the S.H.O., Police Station Sarai Mamrez, District Allahabad to restrain the private respondents from interference.
If the petitioner has clear title over the land in question and if the private individuals are interfering with the same, the petitioner has to file a suit for injunction.
In writ jurisdiction, no such direction can not be given.
The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly,
dismissed.
