Shanuben vs Ahmedabad

The Party-in-Person has preferred this petition against the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and notice is sought to be served through the Deputy Estate Officer, who is alleged to have applied seal on the premises in exercise of his powers under the BPMC Act.

The office is directed to examine it and if need be, obtain the appropriate orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for placing the matter, as prima-facie it does not seem to be the matter assigned to this court as per existing roster. The Party-in-Person may be informed the date of hearing hereafter.
