JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioner is that, the respondent is not considering an application for building permit submitted by her. Adv.Sri.E.D.George, who appears for the respondent submits on instructions that, no application as stated by the petitioner has been received by the respondent. According to the counsel for the petitioner, though the application was submitted, she has lost the acknowledgment that was issued by the respondent. In view of the above, it is only appropriate that the petitioner submits a fresh application. The counsel for the respondent assures that any such application would be considered in accordance with law.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application for building permit to the respondent. The respondent shall consider such application, as and when received, expeditiously.
