JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)
1. The present application is filed by the convict seeking extension of temporary bail which was granted by this Court by order dated 21.05.2012.
2. Heard learned advocate Mr. D. N. Vakil for the applicant - convict.
3. RULE. Mr. H. K.
Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
4. Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that construction of the house is over and if temporary bail is extended for a suitable period, the convict can collect the last installment of the subsidy which he is entitled to get.
5. The learned APP made available for perusal the jail remarks. Earlier, the convict had enjoyed one temporary bail and one furlough. He has reported in time. Nothing adverse is noticed from the convict's jail remarks.
6. For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted earlier to the convict is extended for a period of 21 (twenty-one) days.
7. The convict shall surrender himself to the jail authorities on expiry of the above extended temporary bail period. The application is allowed. Rule is made absolute. Direct Service is permitted.
