From a perusal of the prayer clause of the petition, it appears that this matter involves the question of regularization of services of the petitioner, and hence, it appears that the matter, essentially, pertains to service law. Moreover, in the cause title of the petition also, apart from mentioning the various articles of the Constitution of India, no reference is made to any of the provisions of the labour law. Under the circumstances, Office is directed to verify the said aspect and to place this matter before the appropriate Court taking up such matters.
