JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr. M.A. Kharadi, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the delay of 30 years that has occurred in the initiation of proceedings by the petitioner is the only ground for rejection of his Revision Application passed by the Additional Secretary (Appeals) vide impugned order dated 07.08.2012. It is further submitted that this delay has been condoned by the Deputy Collector who has entertained the appeal of the petitioner and passed an order on 12.03.1993. Learned counsel for the petitioner may produced the order passed in the application for condonation of delay filed by the petitioner.
