Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent No. 3 to demarcate of the boundary of Gata No. 222 area about 0.76 Hectare sitauted at Village Dhanari Patti, Balushankar, Tehsil Gunnaur, District Sambhal, (Annexure No.) to this writ petition."
In my considered opinion, in case the petitioner is serious about getting plot no. 222 demarcated she should initiate proper proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
