1. This correction application has been moved praying for correction of typgraphical error crept in the third paragraph of the judgment dated 30.05.2018 and "SCC Suit No. 28 of 2008" has been wrongly transcribed.
2. The correction application is allowed. The judgment and order dated 30.05.2018 will stand corrected as follows:-
3. In third paragraph of the aforesaid judgment, "SCC Suit No. 28 of 2008" should be read as "SCC Suit No. 28 of 2007".
4. Let the office issue a corrected copy of the order to the petitioner on payment of usual charges.
