Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide Case No. 71 of 2006 (Agra Oil Vs. M/s C.P. Industries and another), pending in the court of Additional Chief Judge (Sr. Div), Agra, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Additional Chief Judge (Sr. Div), Agra to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
