JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri R.C. Tewari, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Notices for opposite party Nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas notices for opposite party Nos.3 & 4 have been accepted by Sri Vindhyawasini Kumar, learned counsel.
Issue notice to opposite party No.5 returnable at an early date, for which, necessary steps be taken within a week.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the inaction on the part of the opposite parties whereby the petitioner has not been paid salary with effect from July, 2015 without any cogent reasons to that effect.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court towards letter dated 04.12.2017 preferred by the District Basic Education Officer, Gonda to the Finance & Accounts Officer, Basic Education, Gonda and the Authorized Controller for doing needful in the matter of the employees of the Institution in question who have not been getting salary for the last two years.
As per learned counsel for the petitioner, no decision has been taken by the Finance Controller and presently another Finance Controller has been appointed.
Let the counter affidavit be filed by the opposite parties within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
List this case on 05.07.2018 as fresh.
