Prayer made in the instant petition is as follows :-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to restore the boundary and its pillars of Arazi no. 279 Ka area 0.318 hectare Village Paklore Tehsil Handila, District Allahabad same was removed and destroyed by the respondent no.4 to 7 which was done in compliance of the confirmed measurement report with field book of Revenue Inspector dated 06.04.2007 by the order dated 04.07.2005 passed by him in proceeding of Case No. 379 of 2004 (Smt. Gena Devi and another Versus Gram Sabha and another) under Section 41 Land Revenue Act."
The grievance of the petitioner is that the boundary marks fixed during the demarcation proceedings, have been destroyed by respondents 4 to 7. It is admitted that a first information report has already been lodged against them.
The petitioner can approach the authority concerned with his grievance regarding removal of boundary marks and in which event the concerned authority shall take cognizance of the matter and do needful.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
