Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Azamgarh to consider and decide Suit No. 434 of 2020 Computerised No. 094901099982010 (Abu Khalid v. Shanti Devi) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner is the defendant in the suit which seeks rectification of boundaries mentioned in a registered instrument, no cause arises for framing of any peremptory directions. The petitioner has also failed to establish that the roster of that court would warrant such a direction being framed.
The petition is dismissed.
