The present petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 1.3.2021 passed by Session Judge, Kannauj, in Crl. Revision No. 03 of 2020 (CNR No. UPKJ010005732020) as well as order dated 21.5.2019 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chhibramau, Kannauj in Case No. 1203 of 2018, arising out of case crime no. 736 of 2017, under Section 498A, 323, 506 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Chhibramau, District Kannauj.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and after having gone through the record, this Court finds no infirmity in the impugned orders, hence the present petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
