The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 532 of 2013 instituted by the petitioners against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit is proceeding ex parte against both the defendants. Further submission is that petitioner no. 1 is senior citizen and wants an early adjudication of the proceedings.
Having regard to the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
